Jared grew up in Hershey prior to relocating to the Harrisburg area.  His creativity was evident from day one of elementary art class.  In 2009, Jared picked up a professional camera for the first time...  and never let it go.  The learning experience began and his passion for photography has evolved so much that he began teaching photography in 2013.  He was frequently found at local parks applying his photography knowledge by capturing the beauty of nature.  In early 2013, his daughter was born and his focal point quickly advanced from trees and flowers to his precious little girl.  He applied his knowledge in Adobe Photoshop to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces.  Jared decided to put his passion to the test and created J Skiles Photography in 2017.  He hopes to share special moments worth capturing with you and your loved ones.
